On-Set Workflow

As production approached, the physical and digital sets were brought together on the XR Stage.
The Production Design team assembled practical props, signage, and lighting fixtures, while the VFX team matched virtual lighting and materials at the control desk.
Color and texture calibration between the physical set and LED projection ensured that both environments appeared unified through the camera lens.

Actors rehearsed blocking and camera movement inside the LED environment, while the live-action crew coordinated timing with Unreal operators to achieve consistent parallax and lighting behavior.
Technical issues, including occasional stage crashes and GPU bottlenecks, were handled immediately through live scene adjustments and optimization.

By the time filming began, both the real and virtual components functioned as a single, coherent environment.
